Sorry to hear you have an issue with your Tuxy, let's this fixed up and have you suited up again in no time! To request a resolution on a defective suit under warranty, please go to the link below to begin your exchange, and be sure to have your order number ready. Please leave out the letters in your order number when entering it, and enter the email address used when making the original purchase.
We only replace items with manufacturer defects and must be inspected by our quality control team. If they are deemed defective we will replace the item or issue a refund. The manufacturer defects are in place for 30 days of purchase for our regular Apparel and One (1) year for our technical outerwear, which is the Storm suit. Regular wear and tear or damages are not covered under warranty.
You will be responsible for taking and uploading photos of the defect when prompted from the link provided above. We require photo(s) of the defect(s) in question, as well as a photo of the tag/label found on the interior neck of the suit. We manually approve all defects before allowing them to proceed, and the photos are necessary in order for your defect claim to be approved.
